Alex Feldman joined U3 Ventures in 2009 as an Associate. With a background in Architecture and Urban Planning, Mr. Feldman works on both the development and advisory capacities, providing expertise in design, sustainability and planning.
Mr. Feldman previously worked with Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects in London and New York, working on large-scale masterplanning and design projects in Moscow, Abu Dhabi, Boston, and Hong Kong. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and is overseeing the LEED certification of several of U3 Ventures’ development projects.
A native of Philadelphia, Mr. Feldman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He received a Masters in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics as well as Masters in Architecture and Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
