U3 Ventures

U³ Ventures provides consulting services to universities, developers, public agencies and anchor institutions in areas related to economic development, real estate strategies, and development project programming. Currently we are advising the Ohio Board of Regents in developing a state-wide set of policies and programs focused on leveraging the economic development capacity of universities. As it relates to advisory on real estate projects, since its founding three years ago, we have successfully worked with colleges and universities on acquisition and disposition analyses, development feasibility and modeling, and retail planning. This includes engagements with the University and Chicago and Thomas Jefferson University, where we outlined development strategies and studied the feasibility of specific real estate projects.
